This role is for people who already have a solid foundation in privacy, data protection, law or compliance and now want to take more responsibility in international client projects.

As an Associate Privacy & AI Governance Consultant, Life Sciences, you support international client projects and take responsibility for high quality deliverables, legal analysis and client facing work. You do not work in isolation: you receive review and feedback, but gradually take more responsibility for your own workstreams.

This role is a good fit if you do not want to stay in a generic privacy role, but want to combine international client work, life sciences, health data and AI governance. The expectations are high. • Preparing and reviewing privacy and compliance documents.
• Contributing to DPIAs and risk assessments.
• Analysing data protection requirements in a life sciences context.
• Reviewing study documents, information notices, privacy language and project related documents.
• Supporting DPO related mandates and ongoing client work.
• Preparing and partially leading client meetings.
• Preparing presentations, reports and decision documents.
• Supporting trainings and training materials.
• Clearly documenting findings, risks and recommendations.
• Contributing to the internal knowledge base and improving templates, methods and standards.
• Using AI enabled tools to improve quality, efficiency and throughput.

• A strong foundation in data protection applied to life sciences.
• A background in law, compliance, data protection or a related field.
• Experience in the life sciences environment.
• Experience in client facing consulting or stakeholder communication.
• Strong professional English and high quality written work.
• A structured remote working style, ownership and good judgement.

Experience with AI governance, the EU AI Act, global privacy regulations outside the EU, medical devices, IVD, digital health or healthtech is a plus, but not mandatory.
